The property management sector doesn't have an overall great reputation, with many large agencies hiring young and inexperienced PMs. After my last two managers failed to perform their duties to even minimum standards, I was beginning to lose hope. However this soon changed after a little research and a few calls.
Miranda stood out from the pack with her knowledge and responsiveness to both my emails and calls. Then I noticed all the positive feedback from other clients and began to feel a little more positive. A few weeks later after a difficult cut over from the previous agent and my property is back on track.
